Corvette World Houston

I just wanted to share my experience in dealing with Corvette World Houston. My regular mechanic "Franks Corvettes" had closed last year and I had to find a new shop that specialized in Corvettes. I heard a very wrong noise coming from my 2012 Grand Sport and I knew it had to be addressed. One call to Corvette World and I knew I was in good hands. Dylan was very helpful, explaining what the noise was (torque tube) and what it may cost to fix it. Once they got my car in their shop, they went over everything and found that I had a couple other issues that needed to be addressed. Bottom line is that my vette has never run better and I appreciate the attention to detail that Dylan and the CW staff provided. He even worked with me on the labor cost, very cool ! However, the most important thing to me was when I asked Dylan if he would store my car inside as she is always garage kept and never subjected to the elements. He told me that he would see what he could do. Fast forward to the day I came for my car. I was walking around the showroom looking at all the beautiful C7's and C8s and noticed a group of C6s. As I looked closer I said to myself that kinda looks like my Vette. Upon closer inspection, I was like "son of a gun" that is my car ! The staff at Corvette World Houston had my car in their showroom proving that hey cared about my corvette as much as I do ! That, to me was everything. I'm a customer for life and highly recommend Corvette World Houston, they are outstanding !

My wife and I were traveling in our motorhome from California and came across Corvette World Huston. Stopped in to check out the Corvettes on display. Salesman, Russel approach us and asked to we have any questions. I said can you educate us on all the types of Corvettes and the differences in each. He walked us around and giving details of each. "I already knew some of the information because I have been in the market to buy". He walked away giving my wife and I time to look around. We found one we really liked. Made an offer on 2020 Stingray Coupe 3LT Z51 it was not accepted, bought it anyway. Having it shipped home. Both my wife and I felt like we were treated in a professional way. Absolutely no pressure. Everyone was the best. Thank you Russel for making our purchase a great experience! Now let's see how it makes it home...

I've been meaning to write a review on this place for a while. Over all I would not recommend it to most people. I first met with them about 3-4 years ago to purchase my C7. Walking in, it's a beautiful facility, but the service from the get-go was off-putting. I wasn't asked if I needed assistance, I had to find someone and ask for help. When I inquired about test driving, the guy said he's not going to lower the price, assuming I can not afford it. His general attitude was that I was wasting his time. I shrugged it off as best as I could since I knew what I wanted walking in. After I put in my downpayment, their demeanors changed immediately and was treated very differently. The owner (I assume) came out to meet me and thank me. Now I have a C8, purchased elsewhere. I brought it in to add aftermarket sport cats. First issue, they don't call me until the end of the day to pick up my car giving me little time to get it before they close. After they had said it would be ready after lunch. Second when I get it the next day, they tried to keep my original parts. I had to go back to get them. Then, I have a check engine light a couple days later. I take it back, turns out "they didn't know they had to add the O2 spacers" which were included in the parts I gave them. Obviously they had the parts and chose to keep them instead of installing them or asking me about them. And lastly, after picking it up AGAIN a day later, my car now had over 20 more miles on it. I will never bring or buy anything to these guys again.

BLUF: I did purchase a C8.R vehicle from the CWH location, had issues with (Dillon) and the parts dept, car knowledge is not there let alone installation of their faulty side skirt which they had to send me another as the installed one cracked $$. Fast Forward-they advertise we buy "Corvettes" filled out the Corvette Dallas location form online. No Call back. I called Dallas location and finally spoke with a "Marty"-don't even bother with this guy. Extreme lack of professional candor. He gave me price for the vehicle and documents with a sign here mentality and thinking he was doing me a favor. This guy "Marty" calls me back, I let him know that I will not sign and thanks anyway. He then states to me not to use their business to purchase back my vehicle. Save your hard earned money and purchase from a respectable "REAL" dealer.
